Ever so helpfulAbigail AAfter having a terrible experience with three of the big main dealerships - incompetent staff, lack of knowledge, miscorrect information, I was really starting to despair. I had the money to buy a new car, I knew what car I thought I wanted I just wanted to talk to somebody and for someone to actually spend the time discussing with me any queries I had and answer the questions that I had. This proved most difficult at first, one garage didn't even know what model the particular car was I was looking at, let alone what the road tax bracket or mpg were, the others were similarly unhelpful. Finally I happened upon Birkdale cars via Autotrader and I am thrilled I did. Paul was ever so helpful and knowledgable. Not only are his cars very good value for money, he genuinely cares about cars and his customers and it shows in the service (and the goods!). I am very happy that I bought from him. I love my new car!
Would recommendClaire PI was a little apprehensive about buying a car so far away (I'm based in Norfolk) but Paul was very patient with me and answered all the many questions I fired at him. He was very friendly, professional and helpful from start to finish. The Mini I purchased is a fantastic car and very competitively priced on a nationwide search, it also comes with a year long warranty which is a real bonus.
